Delegate Cancellation Policy:
IHMA will offer a refund
less 50% of fees paid. Request for refunds must be made in
writing and post-marked or tax-stamped no later than July 1st
2012. Refunds will not be issued to non-show registrants.
Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellation for a
$50 administration fee. Refunds will not be issued after July 1st
2012.
Please Note: HBOT2012 is the named event being run by the
International Hyperbaric Medical Association, a non for profit
501c organization. All net proceeds will go into the Association
in order to help finance further education and hyperbaric
treatment for those in need.
