Whats included in the conference registration fee?

Answer
Your fee entitles you to complete access to the Conference and Expo, food & beverage provided during breakfast, coffee and lunch breaks during conference hours, together with any evening activities. If you've paid for the 3 day Conference, this entitles you to entrance to The Gala Dinner on Friday night. (Additional tickets are $65.00)

When does the conference actually start?

Answer
Good question! It depends on your appetite to become even better educated prior to the conference actually starting. HBOT2012 is hosting two levels of educational training courses.

Although Day 1 of the conference starts Friday morning, you are welcome to join us for a "Meet the Speakers" cocktail reception Thursday night.

How good is that room rate?

Answer
HBOT2012 have negotiated a special group discount with The Westin and the price is way below their regular room rate. Room blocks however are restricted, so we recommend you book early. No money will be taken from your card until you check out, but at least, your overnight accommodation requirements are secured.

HBOT2012 has enough capacity to hold a conference for 250 attendees, with up to 40 exhibitors. The organizers will be aiming to fill every available seat.

Can I obtain a list of delegates, either before or after the event?

Answer
Unfortunately, it is HBOT2012 policy not to pass delegate information onto other parties, without their individual knowledge or consent.

When do we need to pay for the booth?

Answer
In order to lock in your position and benefit from HBOT2012 promoting your attendance, a 50% deposit is required with a completed application form. The balance will be due anytime up 6 weeks prior to the event.  If your balance is not paid two weeks prior to the event, HBOT2012 has every right to re-sell your booth.
